For :iconcoferosa: contest. Featuring my latest character Akima: [link] A little Japanese girl that lives in HAZARD- the floating city above the clouds, and CoFeRoSa's Kampank: [link]

I was originally going to do a bar fight between Lane and Kampank, but that didn't work out...

Explination:

I've been wanting to draw HAZARD for quite a while now...

HAZARD city is an anti war city, and anyone caught with a weapon is arrested and sent to be reeducated. Basically HAZARD is a city filled with a bunch of people that are like zombies- in which all they ever talk about or anything is ANTI war (Except for like the basic conversations like, "I'M HUNGRY") Anyway, Akima is not like all the other city dwellers. She believes that everyone has been hypnotized by the leader of the big organization, and she's created her own little (literally small) gang that believe the same. Anyway- Akima see's Kampank - who... apparently went into the future (set in 2070) and landed there.... Somehow... But when she notices his weapon she starts to freak out and starts dragging him though the city. Quite funny how a 16 year old girl can tug a 25 year old man through a city non-stop. Erm. Why there are noodles in his mouth... Well, CoFeRoSa's character is a noodle maker- so I just shoved noodles in his mouth... -tilts head- Time traveling makes you hungry! I know I'd be. XD

Anyway, I have been busy and I have wanted so hard to get a piece in for this- so instead of sleeping I spent about ten hours making building brushes and downloading a bunch of other quicky speed paint brushes I knew I could not do to make it look right and get it in on time- uh... But yeah. My shoulders hurt.... XD A lot. But I actually learned A LOT making this "speed" paint... (Why do they call it speed paint? D:)

Oh, and Kampank- was a DEVIL to draw! Omg, I could not get his pose right for the life of me- and stupid me decided to draw him last... It took five different times of drawing him! XXXXD So if he looks half done, I'm sorry. I am tired... BUt hey! Half done or not- it's done enough to submit... -sigh- BTW- I used a building tutorial for this- so if it looks like anything you've seen don't bash me. The only downloaded brushes I actually used was this really smooth one, and the neat little window dot brushes you see on most of the building. I made the buildings myself, so please don't scream at me that I used downloaded brushes. I used like... two... Kay?

Also- that one single round-ish building in the back is the HAZARD tower in which the group leader stays and watches over everything. No other building is taller than that one, and it is also seen from any open street. It's a "Can't Miss It" Kinda thing. Sorta supposed to be a big brother thing, I guess... Also the peace sign you see is actually a peace sign mixed with a hazard symbol... Wow... For an anti-war city in the future- there sure is a lot of things wrong there.

Ahhh... Also- I know a lot of details are missing from Kampank- like the other layers in the shirts- but my main goal was to sorta make it screenshot or something- then it just turned out this way.

"AHH! THEY'RE COMING! QUICK! -snatches and runs-"

Everyone was doing a fight scene, so I thought I'd do something different...

Y'know, though, they probably wouldn't even speak the same language. Since there's like so much time difference, and she's an alien and stuff. WHICH ONLY ADDS TO THE HILARITY 8DD.

Omg, that's hilarious! That's very true. I didn't think much of the time different... Probably because I don't have the time that George Lucius has to make different languages... Or is that Klingon? Damn, who created that? I can't remember. D:

XD I love the camel idea. -laughs- Well, Akima is Japanese- was pretty much born in Japan but moves out with her brother at a young age before the big disease killing people's organs flooded the city. So her Brother dropped her off at some relative's house in the floating city - HAZARD, and stuff and now her brother goes off collecting organs and stuff trying to save Japan or something of another. XD SO Akima technically isn't an alien- but she kinda is now since she's not living on earth- per say.

xD It's okay, I know what you mean. A lot of people don't. The guys who made Terminator didn't, and if you notice, most sci-fi movies don't mention it either :3.
Hehe. Well, George Lucas made Star Wars, and while he did use different languages, it was actually Star Trek that used Klingon. Which is like a real language you can speak and learn and stuff. D: Unlike the ones Lucas makes.

Ohh, I getcha. x3 Then she probably just speaks a really distant form of Japanese. So I guess they would actually be able to speak pretty well to each other...
